Garrett Dennett joined the team in 2014 as the Commercial Asset Manager and currently oversees 1.1 Million SF of Office, Retail, and Industrial real estate. Garrett’s responsibilities include the execution of development and asset strategies for each property. From leasing and reporting, to tenant relations, and all aspects of the operational performance, his team of skilled professionals adeptly implements Templeton dynamic vision. While attending The College of Wooster, Garrett began his property management career with Elm Campus Partners. Upon graduating, Mr. Dennett took on a more established role with University Properties managing a significant portion of Yale University’s real estate portfolio in New Haven, CT. Outside of the office, Garrett coaches youth soccer and is an avid explorer of the Pacific Northwest.
Kobi Frum is a commercial associate and has been with the company since 2017. Mr. Frum oversees the day-to-day operations of Templeton’s commercial portfolio ranging from coordinating construction projects to tenant relations.
Prior to joining the team Kobi worked in construction, residential property management, and most recently for Multnomah County as a property appraiser. He received an associate degree from Seattle Central Community College. In his free time Mr. Frum enjoys cooking, biking and traveling.
Tim Halme joined the team in 2016. Tim currently manages and oversees Broadway Storage PDX located in the central eastside of Portland. His strongest attributes are tenant relations, lease compliance, vendor management as well as collections. Tim is a native Oregonian and has a real passion for the outdoors, he loves chasing fish all over our beautiful state in his off time. When Tim isn’t working or fishing, he is spending as much time as he can with his wife, Eileen, and their two girls Jane and Jocelyn.
Sydney Webber, a lover of history and all things vintage, was eager to help the team tell the story of these stunning historic Portland buildings. Since joining the Templeton in 2016, Sydney manages marketing and branding efforts for both Templeton’s commercial and residential portfolio. Her primary functions include brand development, website design, signage design, interior design and event coordination.
